Bamboo Tree Vietnamese Rice Noodles (L) (Banh Pho)
1. Soak rice noodles in cool water for about 60 minutes. Drain the water from the rice noodles.
2. Place softened rice noodles in boiling water and cook for about 1 minute.
3. Drain rice noodles and put it into the bowl.
4. The rice noodles now can be used with broth or fried with vegetable, meat,
seafood and other spices.
